Tags say GT6, so I assume Gran Turismo? Though, I have to say, "this looks shopped" would indicate it's entering the uncanny valley, rather than "this looks CGI".

Ha, no this is from Gran Turismo 6.
The photo was taken at the Gemasolar Power Plant in Spain, which is one of the photo-travel locations in the game.
